Stories, balloon art planned at library

Spotswood Public Library Summer Reading Club members and Summer Story Time children are invited to “Storytelling With Animal Balloon Sculpture,” presented by Currier’s Magical Mania, 11 a.m.-noon Aug. 13 at the library, 548 Main St.

Participants will listen to two short stories, “Under the Sea” and “Pirate Adventures,” while storyteller Cheryl Anne creates colorful animal balloons for each child. Reading club members will receive their reading certificates. Top readers will be announced at noon.
