Asian dance, fashions and more will be showcased at the Pan-Asian Lunar New Year Celebration set for 1:30-3:30 p.m. Feb. 12 at the East Brunswick Public Library, Jean Walling Civic Center.

The event will feature various Asian-themed performances, including Chinese music and dance. Two young award-winning martial artists will perform. A yo-yo demonstration also is scheduled. There will be crafts for children. Refreshments will be served.

Admission is free of charge. The public is invited.

The event is sponsored by the East Brunswick Human Relations Council, the East Brunswick High SchoolAsian Club, Mid-Jersey Chinese School, Hua Xia Chinese School and the library.
